They are located right next to Nørreskoven, one of the area's most visited forests. If you stop by on a weekend, you certainly won't be alone under the large beech trees! Nørreskoven is filled with nature experiences for both young and old. You can visit the Deer Park, where you can feed deer with carrots, climb at Gorilla Park Vejle, or zoom along the narrow mountain bike trails. We can safely promise that you won't run out of new Sunday activities anytime soon! The apartments in Skovhusene are perfect for the quality-conscious Jutlander who values high attention to detail both inside and out. The materials are carefully chosen to blend in with the surrounding forest area. For example, the stairwells are painted in light brown shades, reminiscent of autumn leaves falling from the forest canopy. Skovhusene is ideal for seniors who have sold their old homes and want to move into something smaller, but they are also suitable for established families where the semi-grown children are starting to spread their wings.

Bright and spacious rental apartments

The first thing you notice when you step through the front door is the height from floor to ceiling. There are a full 2.6 meters, creating the framework for an inviting and spacious home. All floors are durable laminate wood, and underfloor heating has been installed, providing a comfortable indoor climate. You get a practical entrance and a large bathroom with a separate shower cubicle, washing machine, and dryer. The cherry on top is the round bathroom mirror with built-in lighting, which creates a subdued atmosphere. All apartments feature a nature-inspired kitchen-dining area, where the quality materials come into their own. The kitchen is made of dark wood modules, where the grains of the wood create a lively pattern. There are all necessary appliances, a maintenance-free Corian countertop, and light gray overhead cabinets, ensuring you never run out of storage space. So you don't have to worry about whether there's room for both the hand mixer, mini chopper, and clay dishes - they're all welcome! Under the tall kitchen windows, you can set up a dining area, and further down in the room, you can arrange the living room with a sofa, television, and candles.

Balcony or terrace

All apartments have access to their own balcony or terrace, where you can lounge in the garden chairs, plant seasonal flowers, or enjoy a glass of red wine - perhaps Barolo or Amarone - while admiring the view of the lush forest areas. It's your mental escape, where you can put all the tasks of everyday life on hold for a short (or long) while.

Welcome your hobbies

Several of the apartments have extra rooms where you can let your hobbies flourish. You can set up a knitting room with piles of pattern books and balls of yarn at your feet, but you can also create an office where you can read the newspaper or spend time looking through old photo albums. There's room for everything under the sun.

It provides a great sense of security knowing that you can always reach out to those living on the opposite side of the wall. And we're sure there's great support if you decide to host a street party!

About the area

You're not far from the waterfront, where the city's landmarks, "Bølgen" and Vejlefjordbroen, are in full view. Here, for example, you can take a dip at Albuen Beach or take a stroll at Skyttehus Molen with an ice cream in hand. In the neighborhood around Rensdyrvej, you'll also find Vejle Tennis Club and Vejle Stadion, where you can cheer on the local boys from Vejle Boldklub. If you'd rather swing your golf clubs, there are several golf courses in the area. You can easily access them as there is a short distance to several major traffic arteries – including the E45 motorway. You can handle your daily shopping at Lidl or Netto, which are just a stone's throw from the address. Vejle C, bursting with restaurants, cinemas, museums, and shops, is less than 3 km away. You can also jump in the car and drive to Bredballe Center, which offers speciality food shops, several bakeries, and small eateries. You're always close to everything your heart (and stomach) desires.
