EJSINGHOLM ApS, Nørre Allé 86, st.th., 8000 Aarhus C, CVR no. 36546972 (hereinafter referred to as "Ejsingholm ApS") is data responsible for the processing of the personal information we have received about you. Ejsingholm works actively to ensure a high degree of protection of personal data. Purpose and basis

We process your information with the following purposes: Presentation of vacant leases and account creation in our administration system. Sharing of your contact information to your potential landlord. The legal basis for our processing of your personal data follows from the purpose of fulfilling a contract to which you are a party, cf. Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the Data Protection Regulation. The legal basis also follows from the interest rule in Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the Data Protection Regulation. The legitimate interest that justifies the processing is the consideration that your landlord must be able to contact you.

Categories of personal information

We process the following categories and types of personal information about you: General information, including name, email address, telephone number, address and bank details.

Recipients or categories of recipients

We pass on or transfer your personal information to the following recipients: Our data processor, Made This ApS Your potential landlord

Transfer to recipients in third countries

We do not transfer your personal information to recipients outside the EU and the EEA.

Where your personal information comes from

Your personal information stems from your own entries in our portal, ejsingholm.com.

Active leases

Users in our portal with one or more active leases associated with their user accounts include the following situations: a. Users whose names are listed on current lease contracts for our leases. b. Users listed as current residents of our leases. It's possible to be a resident without being a tenant, and vice versa.

Storage of your personal information

We employ the following distinctions: a.Users with at least one active lease. We store your personal information as long as at least one active lease is linked to your user account in our portal. b.Users without active leases. If you have not been logged in for 6 months and do not have at least one active lease associated with your user account in our portal, your personal information will be deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you. If you want to make use of your rights, please contact us.

Right to view information (right of access)

You have the right to access the information we process about you, as well as a number of additional information.

Right to rectification (correction)

You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.

Right to delete

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to have information about you deleted earlier than our usual general deletion occurs.

Right to restricted processing

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to restricted processing, then we may henceforth only - apart from storing it - process the information with your consent, or for the purpose of establishing, enforcing or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.

Right to object

Under certain cercumstances, you have the right to object to our or lawful processing of your personal data. You can also object to the processing of your information for direct marketing.

Right to transmit information (data portability)

Under certain cercumstances, you have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have this personal information transferred from one data processor to another without hindrance. Complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency

You have the right to submit a complaint to Ejsingholm at kontakt@ejsingholm.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency if you are dissatisfied with the way we process your personal data.
