Mary's Garden offers a new and modern form of housing with a higher degree of community, adapted to individual needs, so that everyone interacts with and enjoys each other in an active and exciting everyday life.
Modern lifestyle homes
Mary's Garden consists of 60 modern lifestyle homes, where you exchange a few private square meters in favour of much more space in the form of a wealth of common facilities, good outdoor spaces, and activities, as well as easy access to enjoy nature. The homes are between 60 - 96m2 (2, 3 or 4 room units) and all have a kitchen-living room, living room as well as a bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. All homes have access to a private outdoor area.
Library in communal house
Our goal is to create a framework for social behaviour for our tenants. One way to achieve this is through the library in the communal house where each resident can enjoy themself with the other residents over a good book and e.g., a cup of coffee.
Exercise room
Although every resident could easily get a lot of exercise by going for walks in the lovely surroundings of Mary's Garden, there is no doubt that a purposely physically active lifestyle is beneficial to health, especially for the elderly. For this reason, we have built a common exercise room so that each resident can easily maintain their fitness and have fun with the other residents at the same time.
Community kitchen
An obvious way to meet other residents and have fun with them is by cooking and eating together. The community kitchen with its spacious, stylish decor and large dining table provides ample opportunity for many enjoyable hours of both. Bon appetite!
