The apartments at Langelandsgade 23 are perfect for those who want to be close to the city center, which always buzzes with life. The residences are just a stone's throw from the latin quarter, Åboulevarden, the botanical garden, and Den Gamle By, all of which provide a refreshing taste of Aarhus. When you step over the threshold into the apartments, you encounter a spacious entrance where you can hang your outerwear. There is space to build your own storage solutions, for example, a shelf to hide away winter hats, gloves, and scarves. The rental apartments feature an open kitchen-dining area where personal conversations can easily take off. The white kitchen includes all appliances, including a dishwasher that assists you when the kitchen is filled with used pots, plates, and utensils. The kitchen walls are adorned with a tile mosaic, providing a beautiful contrast to the black countertop. In extension of the kitchen, you can arrange a cozy dining corner and a relaxing living area with access to a south-facing balcony or terrace, pointing towards the enclosed courtyard. Here, you can enjoy the sun's rays from early morning to late afternoon. The modern bathrooms have a separate shower, and a washing machine and dryer are installed, making laundry tasks more enjoyable. There are therefore no excuses for not tackling the growing laundry pile.

Our apartment meets all the requirements we have. It actually fits us perfectly. We're close to everything, and we really appreciate the balcony, which extends our home during the summer months when the heat sets in. We can open both sides of the balcony door to make the most of it.

The quiet courtyard

Behind the building, there is a communal courtyard that can be used by all tenants. There is a picnic table where you can sit down with a podcast in your ears, a handful of friends by your side, or a freshly brewed coffee in hand. It's also a great idea to invite neighbors to a fun courtyard party where you can get to know each other better. Each rental unit also has its own shed in the courtyard, which can be used for storage.

The nearby area

In Øgaderne, you'll find everything you need for the hectic weekdays and the calm weekends. There are both groceries, kindergartens, schools, and higher education institutions within walking distance from your residence. You can also visit Børnenes Jord, which is a creative haven that combines a playground with a petting zoo. Langelandsgade is also located close to the botanical garden and Den Gamle By.

Langelandsgade borders the trendy Latin Quarter, which is frequently visited by local residents and foreign tourists.
