Rental homes with natural light

In all of the terraced houses on Paderup Mosevej, you enter through the hallway, which is connected to a utility room where you can set up a practical laundry station. However, you will need to bring your own washing machine and dryer. From the hallway, there is also direct access to the bathroom, where no space has been spared. The shower and floor are constructed with brown tiles, and there is a spacious under-sink cabinet for all your personal care products, hairdryer, and towels. The social hub of the rental homes is the kitchen-dining area, which has space for cooking, a dining corner, and a living room. The white kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, so you can avoid having to use the boring dish brush. It would be remiss not to mention the natural light that always streams into the kitchen-dining area. The large floor-to-ceiling windows, which exceptionally stretch over multiple walls, are the pièce de résistance. From the kitchen-dining area, you can also run directly to the terrace, where you can enjoy the afternoon when the sky is blue.

The krolf court

If you live in Enghaven, you can always grab a krolf club under your arm. There is a communal krolf court laid out on the grassy areas between the terraced houses. Krolf is a game where precision and socializing come together. Even though you need to concentrate, you can easily debate and discuss issues with your fellow players. It's the perfect leisure activity that's always fun—even if you happen to lose.

Benches in open shed

When all the holes on the krolf course have been conquered, you and your fellow players can sit down on the communal benches, sheltered from the Jutlandic winds. On the benches, you can tally up the points and crown the krolf king of the day while enjoying a soda or beer, putting the finishing touch on the competition. The shed, which shields from the wind, has an environmentally friendly sedum roof covered with plants, contributing to biodiversity.

Adding color to life

It's not entirely wrong to say that looking at colors can lift one's spirits, and that's why we've made sure to plant heaps of flowers and shrubs in Enghaven – everything from white hydrangeas to purple bellflowers. When the first plants bloom, it heralds that spring is coming, and then one can slowly look forward to brighter nights. These green oases are indispensable as they awaken all the senses and create a vibrant outdoor life.

About the area

As the name suggests, Enghaven is located in a scenic area. It's only a stone's throw away from Paderup Mose, where nature trails take you past forests, thickets, a lake, waterholes, and wild animals. If you're lucky, you might spot a deer, a fox, or a flock of pheasants. It's a perfect change of scenery after a busy and stressful day when you need to soak in the silence of nature. It's almost from one extreme to the other, but on the opposite side of Enghaven, you'll find Randers Storcenter, brimming with shopping experiences. Here, you have plenty of opportunities to sort out the weekly meal plan, grab some takeout, or find a gift for a children's birthday. You can also explore the options in Randers Centrum, which is 15 minutes away by car. It's also possible to head towards the Jutlandic capital, Aarhus, which you can reach by taking the E45 motorway, only 2 km from your residence - it doesn't get easier than that!
