Bathroom: Each apartment has a private bathroom.
Additional: The apartment also includes a wardrobe with shelves and hangers for your convenience. Hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are available upon request.

Fitness and Entertainment: Free access to fitness facilities and a communal room with pool and darts.
Laundry: Use of a common laundry room is included in the rent.

Due to the increase in energy prices, we are compelled to introduce a temporary energy surcharge. The surcharge is DKK 10 per day incl. VAT, amounting to DKK 300 per month, applicable to our 1-room apartments.

Mandatory Final Cleaning: Ranges from DKK 2,500 to DKK 6,000, depending on the duration of the stay.
