When a property is rented out for the first time, we spend a lot of time finding the right tenants. To strengthen the community, we create a lot social initiatives where the tenants have the opportunity to get to know each other. It can be in the form of cosy and inviting green outdoor areas where you can have a good time over a game of table tennis, a cup of coffee, or a good chat in the hammock.

Once you've created your user account, you'll be able to apply for a rental, receive and sign the lease contact, receive important information about your accommodation, contact the caretaker, and much more.

According to our experience, the best communication between us and our tenants, is through personal interaction. It's important that we are visible as landlords and hence, you'll also meet us at the property itself, from time to time. The primary communication takes place via Ejsingholm's website, but we'll continuously stop by to make sure everything is in order.
